This poster was very informative and you highlighted the safety services at Dalhousie University well by keeping the points concise. However, keep in mind that not everyone knows what "the bystander effect" is, so it might be a good idea to include a bit more information about that concept. The design was also quite effective and would easily catch someone's attention!
